Blake Coughlin has extensive work experience in account management and customer success. Blake is currently employed at Rapid7 as a Senior Customer Success Manager since December 2021. Prior to that, Blake worked at LoopUp from 2012 to 2021, where they held various roles including Director of Account Management and Senior Major Account Manager. In these roles, they built client relationships, analyzed account trends, processed new business accounts, and created collection reports.
