Ole Kristiansen

Ole Kristiansen has extensive work experience in finance and strategic planning roles. Ole is currently serving as the Chief Financial Officer at boost.ai, a company specializing in conversational artificial intelligence. Prior to this role, they were the CFO at Adnuntius, a position they held from October 2021 to August 2022.

From 2018 to 2021, Ole worked at Energima Group, a leading commercial HVAC contractor in Norway, as their CFO. During their time there, they focused on reducing energy usage, improving system efficiencies, and providing optimal indoor climate control for clients.

Before Energima Group, Ole held various finance roles at Bluegarden Norge from 2011 to 2018. Ole served as the CFO from February 2016 to March 2018, where they were responsible for reporting, budgeting, and M&A activities. Prior to this, Ole was a Finance Manager from January 2012 to February 2016 and a Business Controller from June 2011 to December 2011.

Earlier in their career, Ole worked as an Investment Manager at Ventor from March 2006 to May 2011. Ole started their career as a Financial Analyst at RSM EquiCo in January 2000 and then became a Corporate Strategic Planner from October 2002 to September 2005. In these roles, they managed budget processes, conducted market research, developed business plans, and presented them to executive management.

Ole Kristiansen attended San Diego State University from 1995 to 1999, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Finance.
