Tim Hargreaves is an accomplished professional with significant experience in customer success and operations management across various sectors. Currently serving as the Strategic Customer Success Director at boost.ai since March 2025, Tim previously held key roles including Senior Customer Success Manager at Sitetracker and LivePerson, where Tim excelled in driving product enhancements, achieving high Net Promoter Scores (NPS), and leading customer success operations. With expertise in AI operations, digital transformation, and stakeholder engagement, Tim has a strong track record of optimizing performance and achieving business KPIs. Prior to these roles, Tim contributed to RBS as Head of UK & India Webchat Operations and National Customer Experience Manager, developing service cultures and continuous improvement initiatives, and started career at Vodafone. Tim holds a degree from Solent University.
