Michael Emoff has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. In 1980, they joined Shumsky, a WBENC-Certified Women's Business Enterprise, where they served as the Chief Vision Officer. At Shumsky, Emoff focused on delivering brand-compliant promotional products and apparel, ensuring timely delivery and budget compliance.
In 1995, Emoff founded Outta the Box Dispensers, a company dedicated to designing and manufacturing high-impact point-of-purchase coupon dispensers and sweepstakes boxes. The goal was to maximize brand messaging and consumer appeal at the point of selection.
In 2004, Emoff became the Chief Vision Officer at Boost Engagement. Boost Rewards, a division of Boost Engagement, specialized in flexible online rewards and recognition programs. Emoff's role involved developing platforms that incorporated company culture and core values, automating program management, and tracking performance.
In 2007, Emoff joined IGC Promotions as a Member and former Board Chair. IGC Promotions aimed to create a synchronized global solution with a boutique experience for multinational clients.
