Rita Lapa

Rita Lapa is an experienced Senior Product Owner and Business Manager with a diverse background in digital product development and project management. Currently working as a Senior Product Owner at A-to-Be for the Netherlands Vehicle Authority, Rita has held various impactful roles including Team Performance Lead at Philip Morris International and Senior Product Owner at A.P. Moller - Maersk. Previously, Rita successfully led eCommerce initiatives for Carlsberg Group, developed data products, and managed logistics and aerostructures business development. Rita holds a Master's degree in Electrical Engineering from Instituto Superior Técnico and an Executive Master's in Business Management and Marketing from Iscte, supplemented by recent studies at Católica Lisbon School of Business and Economics.
