Kalu Agwu Kalu MBA, BSc has a diverse work experience spanning over 20 years. Kalu Agwu began their career in 2001 as a Graduate Management Trainee at Nigeria Bottling Company (CCHellenic Nigeria), where they later became a Sales Operations Executive, Visibility Manager, and Brand Manager (Short Secondment). In 2007, they joined The Coca-Cola Company as a Commercial Excellence Manager, Commercial Manager, and Head of Customer & Commercial Leadership West, Islands and Mid Africa Franchise. In 2021, they co-founded Boost Technology, a B2B commerce platform that enables millions of micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) to thrive in Africa’s digital economy.

Kalu Agwu Kalu holds an MBA from Lagos State University, which they obtained in 2008, as well as a BSc in Physics from the University of Calabar, which they obtained in 1998. Kalu Agwu is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Business Administration, Management and Operations from Wittenborg University of Applied Sciences, which they began in 2022. Kalu also holds certifications from LinkedIn in Creating Your Sales Process (2020), Communicating in the Language of Leadership (2020), and The Six Morning Habits of High Performers (2020), as well as a Coca-Cola LEAP 2.0 Harvard Leadership Program certification from Harvard Business Publishing Corporate Learning (2018).
