Iryna Krutova has a diverse work experience spanning various sectors. Iryna started their career as an intern at the Council of Europe in 2013 and later interned at the Media Law Institute in 2014. Iryna then worked as a Project Assistant and later as a Project Officer at the Council of Europe from 2014 to 2021, where they handled budgeting, project planning, implementation, and reporting for projects on human rights issues in Ukraine. Iryna also organized events, communicated with stakeholders and international donors, and conducted research on various topics. In 2021, Iryna worked as a Creative Content Writer. In 2022, they joined Devellar as a Quality Assurance Team Lead until 2023. Currently, they serve as a Coach for Personal and Professional Development and as a Content Team Lead at Boosta.
Iryna Krutova completed their Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) degree in Law from the National University of Kyiv-Mohyla Academy from 2009 to 2013. Iryna then pursued a Master's degree in Law from the same university, which they completed in 2014.
