Samuel Steinmetz

Samuel Steinmetz has extensive experience in operations management, training, and leadership across various industries. As the Manager of Ops Quality & Training at Booster since November 2019, Samuel has focused on improving route efficiency, coaching drivers, and enhancing driver retention. Previous roles at Booster included Operations Supervisor, where Samuel successfully rebuilt a high-attrition market and reduced late accounts. Experience also includes guiding rafting excursions at Jackson Hole Whitewater & Teton Expeditions, instructing skiing and driving buses at Mammoth Mountain, and providing ESL education to students. Samuel holds a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science and Philosophy from the University of California, Berkeley, and an Associate of Arts in Liberal Arts from Santiago Canyon College.
