Matthew Haneline

Matthew Haneline has over 17 years of experience in leadership and management roles, currently serving as the General Manager at Booster Enterprises since September 2006. In this capacity, Matthew has contributed to innovative fundraising initiatives such as Boosterthon and Booster Spirit Wear. Previous positions include Executive Vice President of Human Resources, where responsibilities involved enterprise-level leadership and strategy, and Vice President of Human Resources, focusing on talent acquisition and training. Matthew has also held roles in training and development and regional management, overseeing significant revenue growth and employee development across multiple states. Additionally, Matthew served on the advisory board for Telemachus Network and has early experience as the Associate Sports Director at the YMCA of Greater Charlotte. Matthew holds a Bachelor’s degree in Communication Studies from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte.
