Sarah Orr

Sarah Orr has extensive experience in client care, program management, and community engagement. Currently, Sarah holds multiple roles at Booster, including Client Care Consultant, Remote Senior Program Leader, Program Director, Satellite Program Leader, and Full-Time Program Assistant since July 2015. Previously, Sarah served as a Volunteer Leader for Young Life from March 2011 to May 2016, engaging with high school students in Poquoson and Northwest Guilford. Additionally, Sarah was a Fellow at the Greensboro Fellows Program and an Assistant Program Director at The Queen's Foundation, where responsibilities included expanding community partnerships and managing logistics for leadership programs. Previous roles also include Team Leader at Pelicans Snoballs, Front Desk Assistant at the CNU Center for Academic Success, and Barista at Gusto di Vita. Sarah holds a Bachelor's Degree in Communication from Christopher Newport University, completed in 2014.
