Zachary Kratzer

Zachary Kratzer is an experienced IT specialist with a diverse background in technical support and customer service. Currently serving as a Senior IT Specialist at Booster since May 2019, Zachary also holds the position of IT Support Lead at The Scheduling Institute, starting in June 2016. Prior experience includes working as an Apple Technician at Bell Techlogix, Inc. from July 2015 to June 2016, where responsibilities included installations, maintenance, and repairs for Apple computers across multiple school districts. Zachary’s career began at Apple, where Zachary worked as a Certified Mac Technician from September 2011 to July 2015, providing exceptional customer service and mentorship to peers. Zachary earned a degree in History Education from Georgia State University Perimeter College between 2004 and 2007.
