Eric Bowden

Eric Bowden is an experienced retail executive with significant leadership roles in the industry. Currently serving as the Regional Vice President for Boot Barn since June 2017, Eric previously held the position of District Manager for Southern California. Prior to Boot Barn, Eric worked at Oakley as a Zone Director, overseeing 7 districts across the Western United States and Hawaii, managing 79 stores with an annualized sales revenue of approximately $179 million. Eric also spent nearly a decade at Sunglass Hut, where responsibilities included serving as Regional Director and overseeing 3 Regional Managers and 78 stores with an annualized sales volume of around $74 million. Eric's career began at Sunglass Icon as a District Manager in Los Angeles. Eric holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sports Management from Saint Mary's College of California.
