Jodi Been has a diverse range of work experience in the fashion industry. Jodi is currently the Director of Design for Women's Boots & Accessories at Boot Barn, where they have been since September 2021. Prior to that, they held the role of Designer for Women's Western Boots at the same company from May 2018 to September 2021. Before joining Boot Barn, Jodi worked as a Product Developer for Women's Boots & Accessories from August 2017 to May 2018.

Earlier in their career, Jodi worked as the Director of Design/Merchandising & Private Label Brand Sales at 1928 Jewelry Company from October 2014 to May 2017. Jodi led a team of designers and collaborated with department store buyers to create fashion jewelry collections. From 2011 to 2015, Jodi was the President/Co-Founder of an online Ecommerce fashion accessories boutique, www. AntoniaBee. com.

Jodi also gained experience as a Lead Stylist/Merchandiser at Get★This from June 2013 to March 2014, where they provided fashion trend consulting and developed product sourcing strategies. Additionally, they worked as a Senior Accessories Designer and Accessories Design Consultant at Claires from 2008 to 2010, focusing on designing and expanding product assortments for the Icing division.

In their earlier career, Jodi served as an Accessories Designer at Pacific Sunwear from 2006 to 2008, a Designer for Apparel & Accessories at Pinky/Ultra Pink in 2004, an Assistant Designer at New York Accessory Group, Inc. from 2002 to 2004, an Assistant Designer at Steve Madden from 2001 to 2002, and a Design Room Intern at Betsey Johnson in 1998.

Jodi Been has an Associate of Arts degree in Fashion Design from the Fashion Institute of Technology. Additionally, they hold a Bachelor of Science degree in Apparel Design from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
