Joe Slade

Joe Slade is an accomplished retail leader with extensive experience in multi-unit management. Currently serving as District Manager at Boot Barn, overseeing 10 stores in Louisiana, Mississippi, Alabama, and Tennessee since February 2023, Joe has a proven track record of growth and opportunity in retail. Prior to this role, Joe held the same title at Kirkland's for over 14 years, managing 22 stores across six states and focusing on promoting top talent from within. Joe's earlier experience includes leadership positions at T-Mobile USA and Kirkland's Home, as well as a store management role at Saks Incorporated. Joe earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from Delta State University in 1994, specializing in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services.
