Jon Auerbach

Jon Auerbach has a diverse range of work experience in the retail industry. Jon began their career as Regional Vice President at Just For Feet in 1994 and continued in the same role at Footstar Athletic until 2003. From 2003 to 2007, they served as Vice President, Regional Manager at Aeropostale. Jon then worked as the Director of Stores at Nike from 2007 to 2009. Following this, they joined Dick's Sporting Goods as Regional Vice President, a role they held until 2016. Currently, they are the Regional Vice President at Boot Barn, where they focus on team development, recruiting, and delivering strong key performance indicator (KPI) results.

Jon Auerbach holds a Master of Arts degree in Strategic Marketing from the University of Alabama, Manderson Graduate School of Business, which they completed in 1991.
