Marilyn Santos

Marilyn Santos is an accomplished Senior Tech Designer currently at Boot Barn, a position held since February 2022. Previously, Marilyn served as a Senior Technical Designer at Pacific Sunwear from March 2016 to February 2022. Marilyn's extensive experience includes roles such as Denim Technical Design Manager at Ariat International, Senior Technical Designer at Levi Strauss & Co., and Head Technical Designer at Quiksilver, where responsibilities included managing the Technical Design Sportswear team and collaborating on high-profile products. Earlier in the career, Marilyn was the Manager of Tech Design at The Territory Ahead and held positions at Mervyns as a Senior/Manager Tech Designer. Marilyn holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Fashion/Apparel Design from the School of the Art Institute of Chicago, earned between 1980 and 1984.
