Pamela Bezilla

Pamela Bezilla has extensive retail management experience, having held various managerial positions across several reputable companies. From February 2002 to January 2012, Pamela served as Store Manager at Lane Bryant. Subsequently, between January 2012 and April 2013, Pamela worked as Store Manager at Victoria's Secret, followed by a role as Executive Area Sales Manager at Lord & Taylor from April 2013 to January 2015. Pamela returned to the Store Manager role at Charlotte Russe from February 2015 to March 2019, then transitioned to Bath & Body Works as Store Manager from April 2019 to October 2025. Currently, Pamela is serving as Store Manager at Boot Barn, a position held since October 2025.
