Patricia Ramsay

Patricia Ramsay is an experienced retail professional with a strong background in store and district management. Currently serving as Store Manager at Boot Barn since 2018, Patricia has previously held managerial positions at Draper's & Damon's, overseeing store operations and staff development from 2011 to 2017. Patricia also served as District Manager at H&R Block, managing operations for 11 offices and ensuring a superior customer experience from 2009 to 2010. Additionally, as Regional Manager at Goodwill of Orange County from 2004 to 2008, Patricia trained employees across multiple stores and successfully opened two new locations.
