Queency Bautista, CPA, CMA has comprehensive work experience in finance and accounting. Queency began their career at Reyes Tacandong & Co., where they served as a Transaction Advisory Associate from November 2016 to August 2019. Following this, they were promoted to Transaction Advisory Senior Associate and remained in this role until December 2020.

In 2021, Queency joined Booth & Partners as a Finance Analyst. In this position, they collaborated with top management, assisting them in decision-making through data-driven recommendations and supporting budgeting, forecasting, and financial report creation. In January 2023, they were promoted to Accounting Manager, responsible for overseeing the Finance Department's overall operations, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll, and financial planning and analysis. Queency prioritized maintaining the Group's financial health and ensuring the accuracy of financial reporting.

Queency Bautista, CPA, CMA, obtained their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Accountancy from Far Eastern University, where they studied from 2011 to 2016. Queency also holds additional certifications, including becoming a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), which they obtained in October 2016 from the PRC Board of Accountancy. In November 2018, Queency obtained the Certified Management Accountant (CMA) certification from the Certified Management Accountant: CMA®.
