Byron W. Johnson, PE, PMP, currently serves as the Engineering Manager for Substations, Generation, and Automation at Booth & Associates, LLC, a position held since October 2011. In this role, responsibilities encompass oversight of project teams, business development, proposals, financial performance, and quality management within the Substation/Relay Department. Prior to this, Byron held the position of Project Engineer III, specializing in substation design, specification consultancy, project management, and substation engineering. Earlier experience includes a tenure as an Associate Engineer at AAR Corp, where contributions involved developing a cargo system to enhance container transport capabilities for aircraft. Byron earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from North Carolina State University between 2006 and 2010.
