John Fisher

John Fisher is an experienced engineering professional with a comprehensive background spanning over three decades in instrumentation and control systems, primarily within the pharmaceutical and oil & gas sectors. Currently serving as Engineering Manager (I/E) at Booth Welsh since February 2001, John supports business development and manages engineering teams. Previous roles include Instrument Engineer/Project Manager focused on global project instrumentation upgrades and a part-time Quality Manager overseeing ISO-9001 certification. Prior to Booth Welsh, John held positions such as Instrument/Electrical Design Engineer at Howden Process Compressors, Systems Designer at Real Time Engineering Ltd, and DCS System Engineer at Oman Refinery Company. John's career began as an Instrument Technician, after completing an Instrument Artificer Apprenticeship at ICI Organics Division.
