Shumon Ahmed

Shumon Ahmed, CPA, is an experienced finance professional currently serving as Controller at Boothbay Fund Management LLC since July 2023. Previously, Shumon held the position of Director at Gen II Fund Services for a brief period in early 2023 and worked as Senior Manager at Richey May & Co., LLP from June 2021 to February 2023. Shumon also served as Audit Manager at BERKOWER LLC and gained significant experience at KPMG US as Audit Senior Manager in Financial Services, where oversight of diverse audit teams was a key responsibility.
