Gerald Martin is an experienced leader in the hearing care industry, currently serving as the Head of Transformation and Operations at Boots Hearingcare since April 2013. In this role, Gerald oversees the Customer Engagement Centre, which focuses on appointment booking, diary support, and customer care across the UK and ROI. Additionally, responsibilities include leading Retail Support, Central Support, and Product Fulfilment teams to enhance customer service. Prior to this, Gerald held various positions at Boots Hearingcare and David Ormerod Hearing Centres, including Business Intelligence Specialist and Data & Development Manager. Gerald holds a BSc in Computer Science from Bangor University and completed a High Potential Program in Leadership & Management at the University of St.Gallen in 2018.
