Anne Higgins

Anne is Pharmacy Director for Boots UK. She is responsible for pharmacy strategy across the entire Boots UK estate and its more than 5,000 Boots pharmacists.

Anne has been with Boots for 25 years, joining in 1997 as a pharmacy graduate from Queen’s University Belfast. Originally from County Tyrone, she has held various store management roles throughout Northern Ireland before progressing to Area Manager and HR Manager. She led the flagship Boots store in Donegall Place, Belfast from 2011 before being appointed as Head of Region in 2014 and Head of Customer Experience in 2015.

From 2017, Anne was Director of Stores for Scotland & Northern Ireland before becoming Director of Stores - Pharmacy from 2020 until September 2022 where she began her current role.
