Katrina Weller

Katrina Weller has extensive experience in the legal field, starting as a Trainee Solicitor at Eversheds Sutherland in 1996. Katrina progressed to roles as a Solicitor, Associate, and Principal Associate before joining Capital One in 2012. At Capital One, they served as Senior Manager, Assistant General Counsel, Director of Senior Corporate Counsel, and Director of Head of Contracts, Legal. Katrina'sresponsibilities included managing teams, overseeing legal advice on contracts, corporate governance, procurement, and data protection. Katrina also volunteered as a Trustee and Company Secretary for NOTTINGHAM MENCAP. In 2023, they became the Head of Commercial Law at Boots UK. Throughout their career, Katrina demonstrated expertise in commercial law, contracts, data protection, and governance.

Katrina Weller completed their LLB (Hons) in Law at the University of Warwick from 1992 to 1995. Katrina then went on to study the Legal Practice Course at Nottingham Trent University from 1995 to 1996. Additionally, they obtained a certification as a Qualified Solicitor and is a member of the Law Society.
