Alexa Montgomery

Alexa Montgomery is an experienced professional with a diverse background in talent acquisition and program management. Currently serving as the Military Programs Lead and Talent Acquisition Lead for the West Coast and Indo-Pacific Region at Booz Allen Hamilton, Alexa previously held roles such as Senior Technical Recruiter for Digital Solutions, Engineering, and Analytics. Prior experience includes positions as Recruiting Manager for Business Development and Operations Units at AECOM, Program Manager for the National Security Branch at USIS, and Supervision Officer for Domestic Violence and Family Support Units with the County of Sonoma. Alexa holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology from UC Santa Barbara, completed in 2000.
