Bill Leonard

Bill Leonard currently serves as Principal/Defense Program Director at Booz Allen Hamilton since February 2024. Previously, Bill held the position of Senior Program Director at Sierra Nevada Corporation from October 2015 to February 2024, overseeing various programs related to Homeland Security, aircraft modifications, and uncrewed product lines. Bill has extensive experience in unmanned systems, previously as Program Director at AAI Corporation and Director of Air Force Programs at L3 Communications Link Simulation and Training, managing significant contracts and product lines. Bill's earlier roles include Executive Director at Bell Helicopter, where enterprise transformation was a focus, and Deputy Program Director at Lockheed Martin Aeronautics, managing the $340M Chile F-16 Program. Bill earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Texas A&M University in 1987.
