Jay MacMillan

Jay MacMillan is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in leadership roles within the consulting and technology sectors. Currently serving as Executive Vice President at Booz Allen Hamilton since November 2018, Jay previously held the position of Vice President at IBM from January 2011 to November 2018, focusing on Civil Government. Prior experience includes serving as Director at Lockheed Martin from May 2005 to January 2011. Jay holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, obtained between 1990 and 1994.
