Julia Donley

Julia Donley is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in supply chain management and contracts administration. Currently serving as Vice President of Global Supply Chain at Booz Allen Hamilton since September 2019, Julia previously held the position of Vice President of Contracts & Pricing at ICF and Senior Director of Contracts & Subcontracts at TASC, Inc. Julia's career began at Northrop Grumman Information Systems, where roles included Division Director for Supply Chain and Subcontracts. With a strong foundation in negotiation, strategic procurement, and compliance with federal regulations, Julia has successfully managed large teams and complex contract portfolios throughout their career. Julia holds an IMBA and JD from the University of South Carolina and a BA in Economics from Hollins University.
