Natalie Shellito, PhD, currently serves as an Associate and Senior Consultant at Booz Allen Hamilton since August 2021. Prior experience includes roles as a Research Assistant in the Gerontology Department at the University of Massachusetts Boston, and internships focused on intergenerational models of care with Senator Adam G. Hinds. Shellito has also held positions such as Adjunct Professor, Consultant at Splaine Consulting, Co-Founder of Gerontology Innovation Consulting, Research and Policy Analyst at Mass Home Care, and Civic Action Project Fellow. Education encompasses a PhD in Gerontology from UMass Boston, an MS in Gerontology from the same institution, and a Master's Degree in Aging Studies from Wichita State University, complemented by a B.S. in Hospitality Administration from Boston University.
