Rachel Kim

Rachel Kim is a seasoned professional in both consulting and education, currently serving as a Senior Consultant at Booz Allen Hamilton since September 2024. Previously, Rachel held the position of Project Lead and Analyst at Augur Consulting, where responsibilities included cost, schedule, and performance analysis for DoD Navy Non-Lethal programs, along with vendor evaluations and program management visuals. Rachel has also contributed significantly to education as a High School Mathematics Teacher at Fairfax County Public Schools, where lesson design, student progress tracking, and curriculum modifications were key duties. Other relevant experiences include summer curriculum design, student teaching, and internships, all of which have helped hone Rachel's analytical and teaching skills.
