Rima Naamani

Rima Naamani is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the Employee Care Center HR Business Partner and Care Manager at Booz Allen Hamilton since April 2023. Prior to this role, Rima worked for Orascom Construction USA for a decade, where responsibilities included recruiting, onboarding, handling employee relations, and coordinating various visa processes. Rima has also held positions at the Mental Health Association of Montgomery County as an HR Intern and at The Universities at Shady Grove as a Help Desk Assistant, further expanding expertise in HR functions and support. Rima's career in human resources began at Orascom Construction Industries as an HR Specialist, and earlier experience includes customer service at SODIC. Rima holds a Master's degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the University of Maryland Baltimore County and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from The American University in Cairo.
