Ryan Skousen

Ryan Skousen is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in product engineering, software development, and information security. Currently serving as the Director of Product Engineering at Booz Allen Hamilton since December 2025, Ryan previously held roles including Senior Software Developer at n-Tier fs and Vice President at Genpact. As the Chief Technology Officer at riskCanvas, Ryan was the technology lead for the Booz Allen Commercial Financial Crimes practice, overseeing the development of an end-to-end Anti-Money Laundering platform. Ryan's earlier positions include Chief Engineer and Information Security Specialist at Booz Allen Hamilton, Lead Software Test Engineer at Talisman International, and Systems Administrator at Turner Harper and Associates. Ryan holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from George Mason University, earned in 2010.
