Shaylee Carmona

Shaylee Carmona is an accomplished professional in organizational transformation and change consulting, currently serving as an Associate at Booz Allen Hamilton since April 2022. Prior experience includes a role as Communications Specialist and Team Lead at Axiom Resource Management, Inc. from May 2019 to April 2022, and as Associate Industry Marketing Leader for Science & Technology at CannonDesign from June 2014 to May 2019. Shaylee’s career began as a Marketing Coordinator at DBI Architects and later at Stantec. Academically, Shaylee holds a Master of Arts in Communication from The Johns Hopkins University and a Bachelor of Fine Arts from Moore College of Art and Design.
