William Hilsman

William Hilsman has extensive experience in business development and management, currently serving as Chief Growth Officer and Vice President for Business Development at Booz Allen Hamilton since December 2007, overseeing initiatives across the Department of Defense and acting as the FEDSIM relationship liaison. Previously, Hilsman held various roles at Booz Allen Hamilton, including Principal and Senior Associate, focusing on strategic IT systems work for the DoD and managing regional operations. Prior to this, Hilsman worked at InterDigital Communications Corporation from 1991 to 1999 as Vice President of International Sales and held other managerial positions, where market development for digital wireless systems was a key focus. Hilsman's career began with the United States Army Signal Corps, serving as a Communications Officer from 1984 to 1991. Hilsman holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Management from North Georgia College.
