Scott Millar has a diverse work experience in the field of education and entrepreneurship. Scott is the CEO and founder of BOP Industries, where they lead a team in delivering workshops, masterclasses, and competitions to inspire and engage students. Since 2015, BOP Industries has worked with 80,000 students and teachers across Australia, Malaysia, Singapore, and China.

In 2018, Scott also served as a Youth Consortium Member and Ambassador for GenIn, an online challenge that equips young people with entrepreneurial skills. Scott collaborated with program organizers to ensure practical and relevant content for participants.

Scott has also worked with several organizations to promote innovation and entrepreneurship. Scott served as a Brand Ambassador for the Australia China Innovation Centre, supporting Australian startups in entering the Chinese market. Scott documented the collaborations and promoted the impact of the center in Australian startup networks. Scott was also an Event Consultant for the Young Starters' Competition organized by River City Labs, where they empowered aspiring young entrepreneurs through a two-day bootcamp. In addition, they served as a Digital Ambassador for the World Science Festival, engaging the public in science and technology through social media.

In 2020, Scott worked as an Entrepreneur in Residence at Griffith University's Business School, where they developed and delivered a youth engagement strategy and supported the university's entrepreneurial strategy.

Most recently, Scott co-founded the Innovation in Education Festival in 2021. The festival brings together educators, entrepreneurs, and industry leaders to explore the future of education and work for young people.

From 2005 to 2017, Scott Millar attended Sheldon College, where they did not pursue a specific degree or field of study. In addition, from 2008 to 2009, they studied at the British International School Shanghai, where they completed primary school.
