Currently serving as the Operations Manager at Boparan Restaurant Group for Carluccio’s and Fishworks since September 2022, Elizabeth has held multiple managerial roles within Carluccio's from October 2012 to February 2023, including Central Operations Manager and General Manager. Additionally, Elizabeth has supported the NHS as Administrative Support at a Vaccination Centre and has gained experience in various roles in hospitality, including at Burn Hall Hotel and Plug Bar. Educational qualifications include a Post Graduate Diploma in Multi Site Leadership from Birmingham City University and a degree in Hospitality Business Management from Sheffield Hallam University.
