Polly Newton

Polly Newton has a diverse work experience in the hospitality industry. Polly started their career in 2010 at Carluccio's as part of the opening team and worked as a waitress. Polly then joined Principal-Hayley Hotels as a Restaurant and Bar supervisor, managing a team and assisting with events. After that, they worked at Peach Pub Company as a Bar & Restaurant team member, gaining experience in both bar and restaurant operations. Polly rejoined Carluccio's in 2014 as an Assistant Manager and later took on the role of Logistics & Web Fulfilment Planner, where they managed stock and fulfilled web orders. Polly briefly worked at Bao London as an Assistant Manager before becoming the General Manager at BAO. In 2020, they joined Boparan Restaurant Group as the Head of Supply Chain, demonstrating their expertise in supply chain management.

Polly Newton obtained their Bachelor's degree in Business and International Marketing from Glasgow Caledonian University between 2009 and 2013. Before that, they attended Alcester Grammar School from 2002 to 2009, but did not earn a degree or specialize in any particular field of study.
