Rob Wales

Rob Wales has a diverse work experience spanning over three decades. Rob currently holds the position of Head of Online Brands at Boparan Restaurant Group, where they started in August 2023. Prior to this, Rob was the Managing Director and Co-Founder of Lo-Dough Ltd since November 2015. From July 2011 to October 2015, they worked at RW Consulting, where they focused on executive search, selection, coaching, and mentoring. Before that, Rob had a successful career at Michael Page International plc, starting as a Regional Director in January 1998 and staying with the company until June 2011. Rob began their professional journey in 1991 at HSBC, where they completed the Executive Development Programme and worked until December 1997.

Rob Wales attended Loughborough University from 1988 to 1991, where they earned a 2.1 BSc Honours degree in Banking and Finance.
