Peter Munckton is currently the Chief Economist and Head of Market Strategy at Bank of Queensland, where Peter provides economic and financial market advice to the bank and its clients. Prior to this, Peter worked at Munckton Financial Services as a Director, providing independent strategic advice on financial and investment matters. Peter also worked as the General Manager Group Strategy at Commonwealth Bank of Australia, examining key macro and financial trends impacting the Group’s operations. With a Bachelor of Economics (Honors) from the University of Western Australia, Peter has a wealth of experience in economic analysis, forecasting, and strategy development.
