Sera Jung

Sera Jung is an accomplished Senior Business Analyst currently involved in the HLx transformation program at Bank of Queensland since May 2023. Previously, Sera served as a Business Analyst at Lendi Group from November 2022 to May 2023 and held a similar position at Athena Home Loans between July 2019 and November 2022, where responsibilities included platform migration, delivery, and process engineering. Earlier career experience includes roles as a Senior Credit Analyst and Credit Analyst, specializing in residential credit and managing lending aggregates at Macquarie Group. Sera holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Sydney and attended Meriden School.
