John Matthew is an experienced Operations Manager currently working in Boral’s quarry division, responsible for East Metro quarries. Previously, John oversaw 38 concrete plants across Victoria after spending years in various roles in Boral, starting as a yardman in 2004. John holds a Certificate III and IV in Business Management and a Certificate IV in Project Management, along with relevant mental health first aid training. Passionate about AFL football, John has dedicated over a decade as Football Manager at Northcote Park Football Club and continues to serve as a Senior Assistant Coach at Ivanhoe, contributing to numerous premierships throughout their involvement.
