Lisa Seary

Lisa Seary is a seasoned professional in shared services and business process management, currently serving as Head of Shared Services at Boral and President (ANZ) and Founding Member of ABSL. With extensive experience at Lion from 2011 to 2023, Lisa held multiple titles, including Enterprise Services Director, where leadership of a 200 FTE team and operational delivery across various business functions was key. Lisa developed and executed frameworks for business process excellence, led significant transformations, and streamlined financial operations. Prior experience at Telstra included senior leadership roles managing vast budgets and extensive teams. Lisa holds an MBA from AGSM @ UNSW Business School and additional qualifications in change management and commerce.
