Richard Smith

Richard Smith is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in managing and delivering large-scale IT solutions across multiple sectors. Currently serving as the Head of Technology for Oracle Cloud at Computershare, Richard leads a diverse team, driving strategic initiatives and technical excellence for global Finance and People systems. Richard's prior roles include Senior Manager of Quality Engineering, where a global testing strategy was directed, and Head of IT Delivery Assurance, resulting in significant annual savings through operational transformations. Previously associated with SQS Group as a Principal Consultant and at HML as a Senior Technology Manager, Richard has contributed to major projects, including large-scale technology transformations and system integrations. Richard holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Strategic Global Outsourcing from Middlesex University and has completed several relevant certifications and degrees throughout a diverse educational journey.
