Sharon Chen

Sharon Chen currently serves as the Head of Commercial Finance at Boral, overseeing a $3.3 billion Sales & Marketing portfolio and managing the P&L for the $1 billion Quarries and Recycling businesses. Prior to this role, Sharon was the General Manager Finance for NSW & ACT at Boral, responsible for a $1.5 billion business unit. Sharon's extensive experience includes serving as Finance Director for Tyco Australia, where full P&L responsibility was held, and leading financial planning at GE Australia. Sharon has also held various leadership positions within GE Healthcare, focusing on finance transformation and compliance. Educational qualifications include a GAICD from the Australian Institute of Company Directors and a Post Graduate Diploma in Accounting from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Australia, along with a Master of Accounting from Macquarie University.
