Jean-Michel Blais, Eng. currently serves as an Engineer and Electrical Reliability Compliance Expert at Boralex since April 2024. Previously, Jean-Michel held the position of Director of the Performance and Engineering Group at Numesh Inc. from August 2021 to April 2024, where responsibilities included overseeing CapEx investments for a new plant in Ontario and leading the engineering team in continuous improvement initiatives.
