Mihaela Stefanov

Mihaela Stefanov, MBA, is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in enterprise risk management and corporate social responsibility. Currently serving as Senior Vice President at Boralex Inc. since April 2021, Mihaela has held various leadership roles in corporate social responsibility within the company. Prior to this, Mihaela worked at EY from 2011 to April 2021, progressing from Senior Manager in Sustainability and Long Term Value Creation to Senior Advisor in Climate Change & Sustainability Services. Mihaela's commitment to sustainability is further demonstrated through volunteer roles, including board membership at VertCité and participation in the Learning Committee of Women Investing for Impact. Mihaela holds an MBA from HEC Montréal and advanced degrees from McGill University, including a Graduate Diploma in International Management and a BA in Economics (Honours program).
