Robyn Urtick

Robyn Urtick, CPA, CA, is an experienced finance professional currently serving as Director of Accounting Expertise at Boralex Inc. since November 2025. Prior to this role, Robyn held the position of Director of Financial Reporting at Valsoft Corporation from October 2023 to November 2025, and served as Director of Finance at Targray from March 2023 to October 2023. With a strong background at Rio Tinto spanning nearly 20 years, Robyn's roles included Manager of Finance Transformation, RTIT Controller, Assistant Controller for Turquoise Hill Resources, Senior Manager of Copper and Diamonds Controllership, Director of Global Consolidation, and Manager of Global Consolidation. Robyn began the career at Arthur Andersen as an Auditor from 1999 to 2002 and subsequently worked in Financial Planning at Air Canada from 2002 to 2003. Robyn holds a Chartered Accountancy degree from Concordia University, obtained between 1996 and 2001.
