Seth Williamson

Seth Williamson has a diverse work experience. Seth started their career at Float Pool and Patio Bar as a Bar Staff from May 2014 to December 2016. In 2015, they worked as a Cadet at Military Sealift Command. From September 2017 to June 2019, they were an Able Bodied Seaman at Hornbeck Offshore. Then, they became a 3rd Mate at Hornbeck Offshore until December 2019. Seth currently works at Bordelon Marine as a Mate/ DPO since January 2020 and was promoted to Chief Mate in July 2021.

Seth Williamson obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Marine Transportation from Texas A&M University Galveston Campus. In terms of additional certifications, they obtained a Helicopter Landing Officer certification from RelyOn Nutec (US) in June 2021 and a Dynamic Positioning Operator certification from The Nautical Institute in January 2020. Seth also has certifications in PIC-DL (Continuance), Radar Observer, Second Mate - Upper Level, and Tankerman Assist LNG (Continuance), obtained from the United States Coast Guard.
