Jessica Lim is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in practice management and strategic planning within the legal and marketing sectors. Currently serving as the National Director of Practice Management for Disputes at Borden Ladner Gervais LLP since January 2022, Jessica has held various leadership roles, including Managing Director of Strategic Planning and multiple client relations positions at Lenczner Slaght from September 2011 to January 2022. Prior roles include expertise in marketing and business development at Fraser Milner Casgrain LLP, KPMG Canada, and several other organizations. Jessica's educational background includes a Bachelor of Commerce in International Business from the University of Victoria, complemented by studies at Hochschule Bielefeld.
